Question:

How can I stop eating junk?

Please don't be negative in your responses. Okay, so it's getting bad for me. I literally don't go by a second without thinking about junk food. How do I stop this craving??? I always want to eat, and it's killing me!

  1. First of all, try filling up your stomach by eating healthy things b/c when your full...you don't feel like eating anymore. I know this is going to be hard but try not to think about junk food and don't have your parents or yourself to buy anymore junk food except for something that is edible and good (healthy food can also be good...try something new, you might like it) in the house, that way when you start your feeling your craving, there won't be any junk food there.

  2. Stop buying junk and buy fruits and veggies instead. That way even if you want it..its not in the house and the only things to eat are healthy. But i wouldnt reccomend stopping cold turkey because you'll just eat more when u get the chance. Just limit your self in buying junk. Do you usually buy 2 bags of chips? Buy one. You eat 4 chocolate bars a day? Eat 2 today and gradually cut down. For every peice of junk food, buy a healthy item as well. This way you'll balance your pantry and ul somewhat limit ur self in the store. Also you'll get healthier teeth and save money. Do you really want to waste all that money on junk with prices being so high?

  3. WOW, i read this and instantly went to the kitchen for a snack before i answered....  Drink water instead of eating-- it fills you up...i also try to chew gum when i wanna put something in my mouth (don't be perverted!)...

  4. only have healthy food in your kitchen to snack on.

    drink water

    have fiber filled foods

    exercise more when you comsume more

    exercise in general..

    learn self control, its not that hard.
