I'm not overweight at all (5'7", 132 lbs), but for some reason, I feel the need to eat so much that I'm overly-full by the time I'm done! It seems like my brain has a hard time telling my stomach (and mouth) "enough is enough." I eat as much as my husband who is 6'2" and 210 lbs! I'm afraid that as I get older, I will start gaining weight as a result of me not having any will-power to say "no" to eating so much! Any tips on how I can control myself?
