How can I stop getting emails from some members group I don't belong to?

Well if you in any group you can check to see if you are in it..look to your right up top and if you see this MY GROUP go in there and it will show you if your in that group or not..now if it is not showing it could mean that someone has copied your e-mail and or has your password and is joing you..first step is you change your password and check everything esl to make sure it is still the same.
