Question:

How can I stop getting the stitch during running?

And when I do get it how do I make it go away? I've heard its got to do with water intake but I only drink after running and I wait like an hour after eating before running. I've also been running for years so I doubt its a problem with my fitness! But when I do get it its so annoying and slows me down so much!

  2. do situps two days before you run and eat a banana 2 hours before you run

  3. Prevention: Do not Eat 3 hours or less before you run and do not drink 30 minutes before your run or less

    Cure: DEEP breaths and it may take a few minutes too, but DO NOT slow down, changing in your pace makes it worse, just take as deep of breaths as you can until it goes away, and start your deep breathing as soon as you feel it start to creep its way in, the faster you attempt to cure it the faster it goes away.

  4. streching ur abs and stuff.... have u been doin 6 inchers or maybe ur backs a little tired too that makes it unbearable
