How can I stop my compulive spending?

you can speak with a financial planner, you may need to think about a payee for a while. A payee uses your money pays all your bills and gives you an allowance every week.

Have your check directly deposited into a bank account and then cut up your ATM card. That way before you can make any purchases you'll physically have to go to the bank and get money... hopefully having to go to the bank will make you realize you don't really need to be spending the money.

Make a budget and set spending limits. Also, get some of Suze Ormans or Dave Ramsey books. Usually people who spend a lot have something else going on emotionally. You need to figure out why you do it and correct it.
