How can I stop my my neighbor who loves to harass and watch young girls ?

My neighbor started out as a typical nosey neighbor but since our 3 girls have entered puberty he's started trashing them by accusing them of stealing being future whores you name it he's doing it .we home school which he complains about and our girls are never alone because of him even though they're old enough . I feel like this man is out to get my girls why I don't know .I have a daughter that will be driving soon and another right behind her i'm worried about their reputation because of the lies he's spread and he loves to stare down any young girls that come over to swim funny he put up a privacy fence and he's always climbing on something to stare at our minor daughters .Is there anyway we can stop him from harassing these girls ? and I'm beginning to worry about him possibly trying to harm them because I know he has violent tendencies because I've made him so mad you could see it in his eyes .

I think I would get the cops involved. he sounds like he is not in his right mind. can you maybe get a few "nannycams" to point in his direction to prove your case?. I'm sure you have windows or something that you can hide these small cameras in. when you have tape of him doing these things you should have a good case for a restraining order if not more. I think you can also call the cops and just make them aware that if anything happens to your family you have had problems with him. we had problems with our neighbor coming over to our house yelling and cussing and making threats and my husband called and reported the incident to the police.

Can you put a shade up near his side of the fence so when your girls are out swimming regardless of him climbing to look over the fence he can't see them only hear them.. i would also speak to the police about this.. because he seems to be a pervert and stalkish.

if he is pervert then I would say the best thing is to pull his right eye out and if he still keeps it up then do the same with the left eye,

then you wont be soo worried about your daughters, I have 1 daughter she is only 3 but when I go out and some one stares at her I would stare back at them in an anger way of course,

If you are worried for you girls safety then phone your local police station and ask them what can be done, im sure they will be more than willing to help you.

I got to ask you something. This is gonna sound sexist but I'm honestly not intending it that way but anyway... Do you have a husband? If so, why has he not gone over there and pounded this scumbag's face in yet? If I were you I would definitely start working on making sure he's terrified to even GLANCE at your children, let alone stare at them or make comments about them. I think an old-fashioned @ss kicking would do this fella some good. Believe me when I tell you, if this was my kid he was treating that way, I would be causing this guy some serious pain. And I'm really a pretty calm, nice kinda person but there's no way I would allow this to continue in any way, shape, or form.

My husband runs a recording studio out of our basement, and for that reason, my kids do not have company, unless they are the children of those people. I trust all the men that come over, but I still do not involve other people's children, just because of the environment, and on the rare occassions that other little girls do come over, their parents are very aware that there is a rap hip-hop studio in our basement, and I think you are just as responsible to your children's friends and their parents, do they know there is a pervert living feet away, who looks at them?

Take a photo of him standing on someting to see these children. Have you checked your registry, is he on it?

if he has said anything which you can prove about your daughters or ur family thats a lie (such as them being a s***s etc)

then this is a criminal offense and he can be prosecuted for it.   ask ur local police stations about what you can do as im sure the will help    also ask you lawyers etc as they would now of these sort of cases and what you can do in the situation
