  1. Try to do less running, because it is probably shin splints from hitting the surface over nd over again. Otherwise I don't know.

  2. Don't go to the gym.

  3. sounds like you have got osgood schlatis(i have no idea how that is spelt) syndrome. you need to see a doctor.

you will need to do a lot of warming up and stretching before exercise.

or you could just be over doing it - either way - doctor.

  4. Depends on the kind of workout you are doing. If you are doing a workout that involves running and/or jumping then buy shoes with proper cushoning in them.

  5. You might have shin-splints, go to your doctor.

  6. Hi

If it is shin splints (usually caused by imact exercise like running, skipping, stepping), it is best to introduce low/non impact exercise like air-stepper, ski-cross trainer, cycling and rowing.

Always best to get some proffessional advice, especially before running any more.

  7. Could be shin splints. When I suffered them I would just stretch well. Then after workouts ice you shins until they are numb then allow to rewarm. Repeat this a total of 3 times. At least it worked for me.

  8. This used to happen 2 me 2 and its cause i have shin splints or something.. anywaiiz i got orthotics and now theyre fine! =)
