Sprinkle red pepper and/or human urine.  That should do the trick.  Re-apply after a rain.

The only way is a 4' high rabbit proof wire buried 18' into the ground.

Our pet rabbit was out in the yard and by the time I saw him, he was busy mowing through my pansys!  I freaked and sprinkled hot pepper flakes all over the leaves.  He kept on eating.  I don't know what works, but I can tell you that hot pepper flakes don't.  What about a fence?
