I can only sleep on my stomach but I know it's bad for you. How do I stop sleeping on my stomach?

  1. Sew a couple of tennis balls (or otherwise arrange to have them near your stomach) onto the front of a shirt you wear at night.  When you try to roll over, it will make you sufficiently uncomfortable that you'll naturally turn on your side or back without waking up too much.  Good luck.

  2. Actually, sleeping on your stomach isn't necessarily a bad way of sleeping. If you want to keep your spine from curving the wrong way, i suggest you put 1 or 2 (firm!) pillows under your hips. It may feel sort of awkward but you'll be able to sleep on your stomach and keep your spine in good shape.

  3. I sleep on my stomach all the time, but i feel it in my back in the morning some days. Take a few pillows and squish yourself between them at night, its still really comfy i find :) or take one pilow and sleep sideways hugging it. It will stop you from turning over all the way.

  4. I too love to sleep on my stomach but when I was pregant I sort of rolled onto a long pillow.  Very comfy actually.
