How can I stop someone from e-mailing me to where I don't have to change my e-mail address?

Depending on which email website you got your email addres from, you can block them.

Now on some websites if you block someone they will be able to send you things but you won't get them. So you will never have to read the messages they send, but they will just think your ignoring them and not replyng.

Some websites if you block someone and they try to send to something they will get a message or some sort of notice telling them that they have been blocked and that they can noloner send you messages. This is probably the best way, unless you don't want that person to know you blocked them.
