I have a high arch in my feet, and it causes a lot of pain in my feet lately when I walk more then a few blocks. It is especially painful in my right foot.

Is there anything I can do to help ease the pain?

  1. IT MAY SOUND CRAZY!!! BUT I WAS TOLD THAT PAIN IN THE ARCH OF YOUR FOOT MAY BE "YOUR ARCH HAD FELL"-- SO YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TAKE YOUR shoe off and put an orange or a pop bottle under the arch and roll it back and forth while applying pressure to it with your arch-- it really works

  2. gel in-soles?

  3. I don't know Yahoo! it.

  4. try bathing them in hot water to loosen up the muscles and then rolling your foot backwards and forwards on a glass bottle to massage the sole of the foot

  5. that happens to me sometimes, i haven't gotten any medical advice on it, but it only happens when i where this flip flop that i have. it seems like it doesn't support the arch. so check the shoes you wear. you could also soak your feet in warm water with Epsom salt, but i would really check the type of shoes.
