How can I stop unwanted website from starting automatically every time I start my browser ?

Click open tools above and enter inet options. Click clear history. Make sure it is not your home page first. If it is you can change it in the home page window.

Is it a program?  If yes, then click Start, Run.  Then type in msconfig, click OK.  Then select Startup tab.  Uncheck the program.  Click Apply.  

If it's a website in your favorites, just delete it from your favorites.  Just put your cursor on the name in favorites, rightclick, select delete.

If you want to change your homepage, go to Tools, Internet Options, General tab.  Look at the homepage box.  Delete what you don't want and type in what you do want.  Click Apply, click OK.
