Question:

How can I stop waking up in the middle of the night after getting drunk?

If I get wasted, I'll sleep through the night and wake up with a hangover. If I get drunk enough to sleep but not have a hangover the next morning, I wake up 3 hours later and can't go back to sleep. Probably no answers for this.

  1. .... stop drinking!!! Easy answer... probably not the one you want though!

  2. if you drink hi sugar or caffine drinks (coke or red bull ect) change to somthing diffrent, you could just be having a sugar buzz all night.

  3. Tie Barb-Wire around the around the handle...maybe when you go to leave you'll wake up!

  4. STOP DRINKING ITS AS EASY U HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!

  5. theres not an easy answer to this question but

just sleep once you get tired

and if you wake up and aren't tired just stay up

  6. Just get totally wasted and take an aspirin before you go to sleep.

  7. Don't drink.  Seriously, if you can't sleep without it that's a sign of dependency.  If you wake up when it wears off and you can't get to sleep again, that's a bad sign of dependency.

I recommend not drinking, especially before bed.  Your liver, and your brain, will thank me.

  8. The concept is:

Alcohol disrupts the normal sleeping rhythms called circadian rhythms. This negatively effects our ability to sleep. In the case of heavy drinking your body is in a state of shock as is the brain and so we sleep long to recover.
