I'm doing the big eq/ maclay's next year and my leg doesn't slip back so dramatically that it would affect my upper body, but it doesnt look as nice as it could be. What exercises could I do while riding (besides riding without stirrups because i already do that!) and on the ground. And when my trainers all say "put your heels down and stop pinching with your knees!" its clearly easier said than done so can someone just help me please?! thanks! =)

  1. i would have to agree with you about not pinching your knees and heals down. when you ride you have to focus on both those things. i ride and at the begining i would have alot of problems with my heals so they suggested using stairs and standing on the edge with only your toes and keeping you heals down, it helped me so hopefully it helps you also.

  2. Do squats and Calf Raises They help alot.
