How can I stretch better for a heel stretch and a scorpion?

I am a cheerleader for my school and i have tryouts coming up and I want my heel stretch and scorpion way better than wat I have now

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! =]

  1. Partner Stretches are great for these. Lay on your back with the leg you stand on down straight. While locking out your other leg, allow the partner to push your leg until you feel it stretch (into the heel stretch position). For your scorpion, lay on your stomach with your hands laying flat above your head. The leg you stand on is again going to be down straight. The partner takes your other leg, and brings it up the the scorpion position and holds for 30 seconds.  


  2. hey girl, i'm a cheerleader too.  what i do, is like when your laying in bed watching tv or something, lay on your stomach and bring your leg up around your head and hold it there for about 30 seconds like your doing a scorpion. that helped me alot, and now my scorpion looks great :)
