How can I study costal engineering in the university of florida?

I'm MSc graguated in Civil engineering-Water engineering from Tehran University and I want continue my PHD in costal engineering in university of Florida. Could you help me please?

UF does have a Civil and Coastal Engineering Department, seeing as my dad is a professor in the department What exactly do you need help with?
