I need help on the herbs I might to battle germs, bacteria, and viruses that are on college campuses.

I'm against vaccinations, so any help on what herbs or remedies I need to do to rid myself of viruses would be helpful.

  1. Colleges may require vaccinations for admission, because they know they work to break transmission chains.

Basic hygiene is all it takes:

1 - get plenty of sleep

    2 - eat a healthy diet

3 - wash your hands frequently

4 - stay out of crowded rooms

  2. First and foremost, make sure you are eating a proper diet, getting enough sleep, and doing at least some form of exercise (even if it's walking around) at least a few times a week. That's the basic way to stay healthy in general, but if you find that you are getting sick more often than you would like, there are some natural options to help boost your immune system.

Some of the most popular natural products for boosting the immune system are Colostrum, Mushrooms (Maitake, Shiitake, and Reishi), IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate), Beta Glucans, Elderberry, Echinacea (should be taken short-term only), and any antioxidants.

  3. Getting a proper series of vaccinations is even more important in confined places like college dorms.  You don't say why you are against vaccinations so I'll just assume the usual ignorant Altie fear based non-reasoning.

You should educate yourself.  Vaccinations are safe and effective. Tens of millions of people are alive today because of vaccinations.

I think it is unfair and selfishly egotistical of you to rely on passive herd immunity from all of you fellow students who did get vaccinated.

There are no herbs to "rid you" of viruses.  Viruses are ubiquitous, you are constantly being exposed to them.  For the most part your immune system deals well with theses...especially if it has been activated by an immunization first.  Practice basic hygiene.

If you get whooping cough, mumps, measles, rubella, diphtheria, or meningitis...it's nobodys fault but your own.

  4. to help build up your immunity try asparagus extract, cordyceps extract and reishi spore extract.

you can find these at www.chi-health.com

they are perfect for you to avoid getting vaccinations that can also be more harmful than helpful.
