Find a good hobby. You may take up a hobby that gives you a similiar rush...casinos can be like drugs...sometimes you have to quit cold turkey. I go to the casino every day because I am a professional poker player...so I have to. But I see people who definitely waste a lot of time and money at the casino...Try going to the casino with zero dollars in your pocket and you will see how boring they are, without gambling casinos have virtually nothing to do.

hello kat,iv just read your letter i used to gamble heavy,and i mean heavy-i was addicted to fruit machines every penny i had went to them.beleave me you can get hooked!!!! you can go down and speak to someone in confidence explaine you have a problem,and ask them to ban you from the premises -the only winner is them not you.get a hobby you enjoy,go for walks-but not to the casino,when ur reading this you will be saying i can spend my hard earned cash somewhere else and at the same time enjoy life. If it's an American casino, you can request a "self-exclusion", where you talk to one of the casino managers, and they make you sign some papers.

Specifically, once you're on the self-exclusion list, if you show up on the casino property, you can be arrested for trespassing.

you can go incasino 3 day in week, next week 1 day in week go in casino.
