How can I swim laps?

I LOVE to swim and i LOVE swimming laps. I want to start doing it every day to get in shape. the problem is that idk how many laps i should do. im just doing it at my pool at home which is kinda medium sized or small i guess. i also dont know which stroke to do or how to do most of them. i usually just swim like a frog. lol. can u tell me how many laps to do, which stroke to do, and how to do that stroke.

  1. how many different types of strokes you can think of do 15 of each.


  2. any stroke will do, just pace yourself and do as many as you can in one session, it will also be good if you try to set reasonable goals such as only 20 laps, but depending on the size of your pool that # could be much bigger or smaller

    since ure pool is kinda medium ill say 6 laps and of course the laps depend on ure speed if ure gonna go fast tht a lil less amount of laps . but if ure goin slow then u can pace ure self to go on a comfortable speed. the stroke i wud reccomend is the front crawl . its the most common stroke ure belly is in the water ure face is in the water and ure legs are kicking the the hands are moving the common way people swim. make shure ure not bending ure knees when ure kicking and side breathe .
