I LOVE to swim and i LOVE swimming laps. I want to start doing it every day to get in shape. the problem is that idk how many laps i should do. im just doing it at my pool at home which is kinda medium sized or small i guess. i also dont know which stroke to do or how to do most of them. i usually just swim like a frog. lol. can u tell me how many laps to do, which stroke to do, and how to do that stroke.thx!!
