After I let my grandchildren use my computer, I tried to log in today and had a new MyYahoo (Beta) page (not the Yahoo mail!!!!). I really would like my old page back because I had it finally so organized as I wanted it to look. How do I do that?

  1. I never use beta anything, but I have seen others post here that there is a box to check, either at the top of the main mail page, or in the options section, that will switch you back.

  2. click options > switch to original yahoo mail.

  3. I don't allow grandkids on my puter just for that reason. It's not a toy and I payed a lot  of money for this new one. Get them their own log in so that your stuff can't be messed up. When they want to use the computer, you just log off windows (don't shut down) and they can log on with their own name and password. You should set yourself up as administrator and set up their accounts in windows so you can monitor them. Also, if you are administrator they won't be able to change the password you gave them, but they don't need to know this. You will probably have to go into Yahoo and research how to get the older version back, sorry.

To set up accounts in windows XP, click Start, Control Panel, User Accounts, New Accounts.

  4. Toward the upper left beside your screen name it says sign out, my account, switch back.  Click on switch back and viola!  you should be back.
