How can I switch calls on my Panasonic KX TG1031CS?

I'm having difficulty switching calls. If you don't understand than what I mean is when i'm in a phone call with someone and someone else calls I can't switch numbers for some reason. Flash & talk don't seem to work! does anybody know I should do? which button should I use instead? [Don't Answer: Just talk to the "First" person]

Flash is the correct button, but you may need to adjust the phones slightly.

I'm saying this from memory so the menus may be a little different:

Hit Menu

Scroll to Initial Settings and select

Scroll to Set Tel Line and select

Scroll to Set flash time and select

Note what the current setting is.  If the flash does nothing try longer settings.  If the flash ends up hanging up on people, try shorter settings.

Save it and try using it now.
