How can I take a video off of YouTube and convert it to a file that Ulead Videostudio 8 can read?

i can save the files but then it says its a file format mismatch...and ican't add it. i'm trying to make a dvd with it and modify it and stuff.

how do i do it?

In fact, you can download YouTube videos for free in many way... but you must clear the video you download is FLV format  which can go nowhere, you need to play it with a FLV Converter.

if you want to put this video on your MP3 Player, iPod, PSP or other mobile devices. you need to convert it.

So if there is a tool can download and convert it to the right format and you can also crop or trim this video. it would be much better.
