  1. Solution helps alot!!! Make sure you put a drop or two in your eyes about 5 minutes before you plan to take them out, then put another drop in immediately before removing them. If they are dry, they will be a lot  harder to get out. Trust me, I have had the same problem. But I discovered that the wetter your eyes are, the easier it is to get the contact to buckle and break the suction on your eyeball. This will help you get them out. Also, make sure your index fingernails and thumbnails are not too long (that way you run less risk of pinching or scratching your eyeball).   Be patient. Try a few times and if it doesn't work right away, put some more solution in your eyes, wait a few minutes and try again.

  2. hold your bottom eye lid down using your middle finger and with that same hand use your pointer finger to move the contact off the middle of your eye, once it is off to the side slightly slide your thumb and your pointer finger to get it out. if needed use your free hand to pull your top eye lid up. good luck, i know the first time is hard!! if they start hurting really bad try putting eye drops, if you dont have any drops of solution can sometimes do the trick.

  3. Hold your eye open with your left hand and with your right index finger slide it down to the bottom of your eye. It's going to get wrinkly down there making it easy for you to just pinch it out of there.
