What governor? If you want more power its time to trade up to a larger cycle.

I don't know, but it could be complex, I'd recommend a pro. There are 3 problems: -I dont know if your bike has a governor, -Sometimes bike limiters are integrated with other parts (to make it harder to delimit), so you'd need to get a modded replacement, -If you are inexperienced you may blow your engine without something limiting your speed, rpm, power and ect. It is also illegal, governors are put in for both the good of emissions, speed regulations and your personal safety, so unless you're taking it to the track, delimiting a bike is unwise.
