How can I talk to a District Attorney about my case

I have a case going and I would like to talk to my district attorney all I hear from my lawyer is that shes a ***** and bla bla bla She seems nice other then the fact that she wants to give me 7 years is there a smart legal professional way of approaching her ?

  1. Dude, you do not want to talk to "your DA", If your lawyer thought there was a chance of getting it dropped, it's their job to fight with the DA.

    If she's already got a 7 yr. reservation for you, nothing you can say will change that.

    And, your lawyer is right, she is. It's a job requirement.


  2. DA's are hard nosed a$$holes. They are elected officials and it looks good for them to make sure criminals get as much time as they can give.

  3. you have to go through the attorney.  i don't even know if it's legal for you to speak directly to the DA.  it might not be.
