How can I talk to the spirits in my house?

I have a feeling there are spirits in my house. How can I ask them what they are doing in my house? And what if I want them to leave? Will they hurt me?

Buy a cheap didgital recorder sit in a dark quiet room after

midnight.  Ask you questions, but be very careful of what you ask.  Never ask it to show itself.  You will get more than you barganed for.  Don't, and I stress this, don't mess with the ouija board.  You won't be talking to who you think.

With the recorder you will hear your answers, if they felt like ansewring you, when you play it back.  Remember, be careful of you questions.  It's best if you have someone with you when you try your EVP session.

Sprits absolutely cannot hurt you. The only way they can hurt you is if you give them the power to do so by simply believing that they can. Believe that they can't and guess what? They can't.

You won't become possessed. You have ultimate control over you body. I could be wrong, I don't profess to know it all, but I've been told by my guides and angels that it takes a very weak willed person to become possessed. They can't just hop into your body and take over. Not even Satan.

How to contact them... just talk to them. If you want them to leave, simply tell them so. Tell them nicely (always show respect) that they cannot stay, that they need to go into the light. Then say a prayer for them and ask that their guardian angel come to guide them home.

But don't be scared. They can't hurt you.

Yes, they can hurt you, don't be fooled to think they can't.  Some will say they can't, but those are the ones that have not been touched or felt one before.

But, if spirits ever existed, my reaction would be to boldly confront them and yell at them to get the h**l out of my house.  And here's a sentence for you to use "I am the LIVING and you are DEAD- I am stronger than you."

you can go at nite and ask them simply the thing is you don't have the quipment to hear them. taps is the organziation to call if you think there is someone hautning your house and they will check it out or tellyou something.

I've heard of asking the Holy Spirit to cover you with His white light...or something like that. Maybe others on here know   the prayer I"m talking about. Also..there is a prayer to St. Michael the Archangel. I'll try to find the link for it.

they can hurt you if they're demons, it happened to one of my dads friends a long time ago and he became possessed.

to get them to leave pray about it. and if you see them and they approach you (happened to me before) just keep praying. rebuke them.

you can use evp.  Electronic voice phenomenon.  All you need is a tape recorder, ask questions in it and give some time for the spirit to answer.  You will not be able to hear the voices during the recording, only after you have listened to the tape.

Just talk to them, let them know you know they are there.  If you don't want them to bother you, just say so in a manner that isn't aggressive.  If things are happening around you, they probably just want you to know they are there.  Chances are they aren't vindictive spirits, ghosts rather, only confused and probably sad that nobody can see them.  Fear can actually create more experiences.  Ouija boards are not a good tool, because you don't have control over what spirits/ghosts are contacted with it and you can actually create a bigger problem with unruly spirits surrounding you if you do use one.  You can never be possessed, especially when you know how to ward off any potential threats in your mind.  And it always helps to ask for protection from God (or whomever you call it, even if you don't believe just ask for the white light to surround you).  If you believe you are protected, then you simply are.  The mind is easily persuaded, you just have to whole-hearted about it.
