How can I talk with my friend?

I really need to have a talk with my friend. But if I try to contact her in anyway she is going to call the police, she already has once. The officer told me the only way I would be able to talk with her is if I ran into her in like a public place, but what are the chances of that. Also she is away at college now so how can I talk with her. Any ideas?

give her some time to cool off and don't go crazy trying to contact her. if she doesn't want to be bothered with you just leave her alone for a while.
