  1. Signs. Menus.  Teach him things he can practice on and feel good about everyday.  Whatever billboards say, whatever restaurant menus say.  Everytime he learns to say and read those words, he will be encouraged to keep trying.

Step 2, song lyrics.  Teenagers dig tunes, but sometimes, as with us all, we don't understand everything a singer says.  After you teach him signs and menus, take him to lyrics.com and help him put together his favorite songs.  he will already know most of the words, and teaching him song lyrics will help him learn the remaining words by context.

  2. SORRY BUT GO TO A PRE- KINDDERGARDEN TEACHER OR BUY SO MATTERIAS THAT THEY USE AND BOOKS TO HELP HIM

    - encourage him always and pray for him...

    - buy a book about reading tht suits him.

    - allow him to write and encourage himself to express himself in writing.

  5. sure you can teach anyone to read. it's all about patients first. start with basic words or words that he know then  add similar words like for example if he can read the word bat try cat and rat and so on  and then  he can also use hooked on phonics that works really well. That's how mi am going to teach my 9 month old baby but remember to be patient and to let him know that you believe in him and he can do it
