How can I teach my bunny to walk on her hind legs and hop on command?

I heard that other people have trained their rabbits to do this, but I can't imagine how to teach my bunny those tricks...I taught her how to spin and stuff by letting her follow the snack in my hand, but how could I make her hop or walk on her hind legs?

Also, what are some other simple tricks I could teach her? =)

probably by holding food/treats to high for them..

really it doesnt sound fair to the bunny - probably stresses their legs..
