The typical way of checking is:

Wash your face and do not put any cream or toner on. Wait about 10 minutes or so.

Does your skin feel tight? Then it's dry.

Are you comfortable and has it become a little oily? Then it's oily.

Is it tight in some areas and oily in others (typically the so-called T-zone i.e. between the eyebrows and nose)? Then it's combination.

Type 1: Oily Oily skin tends to shiny with enlarged pores, and is prone to blackheads and blemishes. You might experience some tightness.

Type 2: Combination/normal This skin type has medium pores, a smooth and even texture, good circulation, healthy color, may tend toward dryness on the cheeks while being oily in the t-zone.

allright, there are a few ways to determine, i know only 1-

if u have oily or dry or normal skin, when you get up agter sleeping, if there is oil near your nose or eyes ar forehead, that means u have an oily skin.
