  1. Basically, if it allows you to download music that is currently being sold (or has been sold) in the shops or on the internet etc and you aren't paying for it, then you are downloading it illegally (as nobody is paying for it!)

  2. hey if you are looking for a legal site then remember illegal site won't charge you for music. I have been using a legal site for all my needs. if you want to download music legally then you should try using http://www.kptunes.com where you can put yourself on safe hands. Also, kptunes support will help you to transfer all the music you will download to your iPod. it's the best and safest site for everyone needs.

  3. if songs are free.

  4. If you don't pay for the music you download it is more than likely illegal, however I use Lime wire to download onto my IPOD as Itunes is very expensive

  5. If it doesn't say its legal then you can guarantee its an illegal download site.

  6. You have to pay for the song AND the song is protected. Really, anything that you pay for ( don't trust little know sites, they could be illegal) and that is not an mp3.

  7. Because it probably won't charge you per song or much for a subscription, if it charges you at all.

  8. if its free its illegal, soz but filesharing is illegal...anything that youd normally pay for and there offering for free...thats illegal, itunes lets u buy music cheaper, its a great idea and ur not breaking the law
