How can I tell if a shy guy likes me?

Ok, There's this guy that I like. He's sooo adorable. Whenever I talk to him, he makes eye contact and ****. Like he ALWAYS finds excuses to sit next to me and whatnot. But the thing is is that he's really shy. So the question is...how do I move forward with him? =]] Better yet..how can I tell he likes me other than the eye contact/sitting next to me stuff? =]]

Since he's shy you can tell by the eye contact and sitting next to you that he does indeed like you.  I wouldn't come on strong by coming out and telling him directly about your feelings.  I'd ask him to have lunch or see if he wants to go to a movie or something. After you've been out a couple of times and if things go well, then tell him you think the two of you are getting along pretty good and ask him what he thinks about it.  If he responds positively, then tell him how you feel.  Good luck.  Hope this helps.
