How can I tell if a stereo will be compatible for my car?

I want to get a new stereo with bluetooth for my car, but I'm not sure if it will fit where the original stereo is. Are they all a standard size? If not, how can I tell which stereo will fit in my car?

go to http://www.crutchfield.com/ and on the left hand side highlight "car audio and video" then click on "outfit my vehicle", it will let you put in your cars info and it will show you everything that fits

they are all the same size but they make different dash kits to fit your car
