How can I tell if he likes me!!!!!!!!?

I'm in year 8 and theres this boy I like but I'm not sure if he likes me like because he turns around at me and tried to hold my hand. So does he?

if he tried to hold your hand then he probably likes you. does he look at you more than most guys do? if so, that's another sign he likes you. does he "accidentally" bump into you? or maybe talk to your friends a lot? once again, these are signs he could like you.
