I really don't know what to do! Last night we had a family party with a lot of people, and the next day she wouldn't let me touch her stomach! She nips and squials. We had been noticing that she was getting bigger every day, but she has been becoming a lot more interested in her food in water!

  1. is there a male nearby? if so, it sounds like your piggie is pregnant. if you have noticed her getting bigger, try to think how many days youve noticed that and subtract that from 30 days. thats how many days before your guinea has babies!

  2. She isn't in a wire bottom cage, is she? How long have you had her?

  3. yes she is definetly.

  4. How long have you had her? Gestation is from 59 to 73 days, so if you have had her longer than that, she is probably not pregnant. In that case, it could be ovarian cysts.

You can also search the forums there for more information.

  5. she is definitely pregnant when a guinea pig or any other animal is pregnant it does not want you to touch its stomach she is eating a lot because when animals are pregnant they eat a lot and if her stomach is bigger that means the babies are growing (that is a good thing) congratulations on your guinea pig babies
