How can I tell if my newborn is becoming colicky? He's up late at night crying and I can't seem to console him

  1. Most likely if its colic you will know. When my son had it he seemed to have a stomch ache. he would pull his legs up really far and it seemed like he was hurting. Try gripe water, it really helped my son.


  2. Colic in babies is normal & it's better not to try to do anything about it. Try soothing him by rocking, take him out for a drive or move around the house with him. It'll go away on it's own. U'll know it's colic if he passes wind, cries loudly with his knees bent up..etc. Good luck
