How can I tell if my state representative voted to cut funding to the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame?

Recently the Georgia House of Representatives voted to cut funding to the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame. I do not know the name of the bill, but I have heard that Allen Freeman voted to cut funding. Is this True? How could I verify?

Call his office.  Further, the voting record of every public official in every state is public record.  You can contact the office of the House directly or find the voting record online, but I would still just contact his office for the answer.
