How can I tell my BF that I just don't think it's necessary to watch EVERY GAME?

My BF likes to watch every game too. The best thing to do is talk to him about it. My BF thinks its cute that I ask whats going on, what just happened, etc. it shows that I have an interest in something he loves. This will definitely make you closer. If you show an interest in what he likes, he will be more likely to show an interest into something you like. Then maybe you can make a compromise.

1) It is necessary because if he doesn't know who won or lost the oher games played by the teams in his favorite team's division, he won't be able to brag the next day at work, bet or make changes to his fantasy league team.
