Also from what part of the frame do you measure to tell what size it is?

  1. I think it's not so much which is right for you, but which is right for the purpose you have in mind. In a bike shop, the salespeople will know if the frame is too small or too big and how to adjust it for your build.


  2. If you're buying from a respectable bike shop,they should do all the fitting for you.

    The frame is measured from the crank to where the hole for the seat post is.
