How can I tell what computers have accesed or are accessing my wireless interenet?

I should have 3 computers on my wireless network (my PC, PS3, and Wii). How can I tell what computers/ ip addresses or whatever have been accessing my wireless internet?

I have a feeling the neighbor downstairs might be doing so, but I'm just not sure.

Most routers will show which pcs have been issued an IP address if you use DHCP (as almost everyone do).  Go to the DHCP configuration section.

Now regardless of whether people are now hacking in or not, implement security and remove the opportunity for others to freeload and hack.
