How can I tell what size my labret stud is?

Because I need some new jewellery and I'm not sure what size my labret is.

P.S Anyone know any good sites where I can get some cool labrets, preferably already sterilized and made of gum-friendly material?

bodyjewelleryshop.co.uk   are AMAZING and quite inexpensive as well, and quick delivery, i don't know whether you mean thickness or length, but i'd recommend a 1.2mm thickness, and an 8 or 10mm length, depending on how big your lips are :p i wear a 10mm and i find that comfy :)
