No. If you punch him and he doesn't fight back. Being a "sissy" doesn't automatically categorize you as being 'g*y', if that's what you meant.

I wouldn't try that as a rule of thumb.... you could end up flattened by a black belt of some martial arts who just happens to enjoy a dry martini....in the company of beautiful women.

If it's not instantly obvious to you, then why worry about it?  I'd guess the real sissies are probably hiding it behind shots of JD and loud talk about the football...

Well he's not a sissy if he tries to avoid alcohol or have a little, he is intelligent. A sissy is someone who is afraid of small things like a bug or afraid of some rides.

Ok, it sounds like you are in a bar! What a guy drinks is up to him. A lemon slice does not constitutes a sissy. If he was a sissy, he'd be drinking what everyone else is!
