How can I temporarily keep a room cool during a house party with only one basement window?

I'm having a huge party in my basement that I can easily have roughly 35 people coming. I have a huge basement so I'm not worried about space but then I realized it's summer and the basement isn't staying as cool as it usually has in the past. It does get humid and that's why i have a dehumidifier and has one window to the main part of the basement, two in the laundry room and one in the office room. I'm considering trying to see if one of our conditioners can fit in the little window but I'm unsure if it should be so close to the outside ground and my bf is bringing his industrial fan. Does anyone else have other suggestions? I just don't want people passing out while dancing

Rent or buy a small 110volt AC.  About a hundred new at walmart.

You probably won't have a 220v close to any basement window.

go witht he fans and the AC and tell everyone to drink lots of water and other stuff which should be supplied by u

Buy big blocks of ice and put them in front of the fans. Thats what they used to do before A/C.

A big fan will work or two of them if you like

Move it to another room. If you don't, people will get hot and then will move to different locations around the house.

"Kathleen" Fans do not work for the reason of noise. They are very loud and if it is hot... they will  blow out hot air.

Call a rental store and ask to rent an AC for the lone window...I'm not even sure one can be rented but it may be worth a phone call.

get a fan! get a couple and put it in different rooms. they come in boxes. and u can buy them at most places. they r also packages where if u buy a big fan like three foot, u can get a one foot small fan. u can try to put the small fan in a window if it's big enuf.
