How can I tip an open bottle of water over my head without getting wet?

Stand in front of a giant fan blowing at 60 mph.  The droplets of water will be blown nearly horizontally away from your head.  You won't get wet.

There are many ways of doing this. The three most logic answers would be the following:

A)Keep Trying because you know how the saying goes:If at first you don't succeed try and try and try again.

B) Freeze it because then ice would be hitting your head and not water therefore you will not get wet

C) Put some water in a bowl and then what you could do is put the bowl on your head and hey presto.

Using your legs, hang upside down from something such as a railing. Now you can hold the open bottle of water over your head with no worries.
