How can I track a package sent via the Vietnam Post Office?

I recently sent the package is Cell Phone to my family in Vietnamand vir Vietnam Post Office, it had been more then 7 weeks now, my family has not receive it yet, I do have Customs declarration tracking number . I searched for the Vietnam post office but couldn't find a tracking option on the website. please some one help me. thank-you.

The above comment all true... they will take a "tax" even you send some book and medication....
