How can I train my Dwarf rabbit to learn his name?

Sit with you're rabbit close to you, say come ____, if he comes give him the treat, increase the distance and do the same thing. After he seems to get the point, keep doing it but don't give him a treat every time.

say your rabbits name all the time.

and when your playing with him/her snap your fingers and call there name,

your rabbit will be curious and check it out. when it comes to your fingers. treat him/her and do it over and over again.

Don't give up after a day, its easy to do and it depends on your rabbit, nut it wont take that long

Keep saying his name when you give him a treat. Don't give him a treat umless you say his name loudly enough so he gets it.
