  4. well its impossible to run as fast as the 4th hokage but you could do cardio and run 2 - 4 miles everyday [thats wat i run] you wont be SUPER fast but you'll probably be faster than everyone else :] gl

  5. Well to be a fast runner you have to dedicate alot of time and practice to it.

    You will want to start off slow and constantly build up your pace.  You will also want to alternate your run, try not to do the same thing over and over ,such as the trail or road you run, because you will get bored and it will impact your time.  You will want to run at least 4 days a week and if you cant run, walk.  How many miles you do will depend on your skill level.  Try not to skip a day of training because when you do, it is more likely that you will want to skip more days.  You will also want change your run from endurance to speed periodicaly, meaning once or twice a week run a shorter distance but push harder and run for the best time (remember this is when you are competing against yourself) and once or twice a week run for distance, you will slowly every week or two weeks increase this distance, remeber this is to build your endurance so you will be able to go that extra mile.

    You will aslo need to not only run but you will also need to workout, you might think why would i need to do that when i run so much, but running actually breaks down the muscles in your legs.  Also running requires more than just the muscles in your legs, but also your back and abdomen muscles, which encourage good posture when you are running.  So about three times a week is good, just depends really.

    Probably one of the hardest things to do to become a good runner is to watch what you eat.  You might want to even think about going on a runners diet.  This diet is hard because you really want to concentrate on not eating any sugars (this includes sodas and candy and all that other stuff your parents told you was bad) and eating conservatively.

    It's not easy, but if you work hard and stick with it you will have a great time and not only impress your freinds with with your super fast running, but the ladys also.
