How can I tranfer "Only Reading" files in a DVD to My Documents?

What happens when you try to copy and paste?  Error?

Are they document files?  Word?

Try opening them from the program that uses them.  If that works then try to save to My Docs.

What kind of computer was DVD created on?

What kind are you trying to use it on now?
