  1. You can't.  A program integrates with windows as it's installed.  Without the integration windows will not know how to use it.  You must set up from the installation disk.

  2. Use Log Me https://secure.logmein.com/home.asp

    It very use full!

  3. You cant transfer something that doesnt exists... Give us some more info..plz

  4. The answer is yes, sort of. It's a lot easier to do for older programs than newer ones. I'll give you an example of what I did with Lotus 1-2-3 (old, old program).

Find the program folder wherever it may be (for instance, 'Program Files'). Copy it to the new computer. Launch the program, and see what files it complains about that are missing. Go to the old computer, find those files and copy them to the same exact location on the new computer.

This is no guarantee that it'll work, of course. And depending on how big the program is (Lotus 123 was only 10MB; Microsoft Office takes several hundred MB) you might find that you're missing a file way down the line if you're trying to use a specific feature.

If the program is mission critical, try it, but reliability will be severely compromised. I'd start researching an alternative while you try.
