How can I transfer individual photos from my computer to my Ipod without transferring the entire folder?

At certain occasions; birthdays, anniversaries etc., I take several photos and save them on my computer. The photos are grouped together according to the date they were saved. I would like to transfer certain photos from my computer to my ipod, without transferring the entire file. Can anyone tell me if this is possible, and if so, how?

I'm afraid you cannot do that, because iTunes will sync the entire photo folder to iPod.

Or you may try this ipod transfer, it's a nice iTunes alternative that may help.

you could create new folder and only place images you want synced at the time, check preferences for transfer files on ipod and computer, itunes or other, not sure if mac or pc,
